Rockin’ Beads is committed to protecting your privacy as an online customer. Rockin’ Beads does not under any circumstances, share or sell names or any other way distribute information about our online visitors. The information you provide will only be used to manage your purchases.
As an online store, Rockin’ Beads is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are ready to accept orders at any time. It’s fast, easy, and it’s safe. At Rockin’ Beads we make every attempt to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order. Rockin’ Beads limited is registered in England & Wales, company no. 07264531. Delivery costs: The price for postage and packaging for orders to the UK is £2.00, unless your order value is greater than £20.00 in which case it is free. The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases over £40. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt. Please contact us if you do not want your order to be sent Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, if you choose this option we cannot guarantee your items will be resent should they go missing in the post. We have free delivery for purchases over £20.00 in the UK.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, making UK delivery about 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this may take longer. Please allow 4-6 working days for postal delivery to Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services. If your order is sent by Recorded Delivery (items over £40.00), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection. If you would like your order delivered to you the following day with our Next Business Day Delivery service, we must receive the order by 2.30pm on a week day. Any orders received after this time or on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery items all require a signature on receipt and have a tracking number. Prices: Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current UK rate. The prices do not include delivery, which are added to your order on checkout. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Rockin’ Beads accepts no liability for all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data.
Credit or Debit Card payments through:
We want you to feel completely at ease doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers therefore we use CardSave as our online payment systems. Both use up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted.
To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use, when you submit your card details, you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
